Delivery Times

Product deliveries are scheduled for before noon or after noon.

Property Damage

Stone Plus delivers to the street in front of your job location. If you prefer the product a little closer a damage waiver must be signed indemnifying Stone Plus of any and all property damage regardless of cause.

Vehicle Damage

While loading vehicles with bulk products there is always the possibility of damage occurring to the vehicle. Stone Plus cannot accept liability for damage that occurs as the result of loading your vehicle.

Missed Delivery

If Stone Plus arrives at a scheduled delivery and nobody is able to accept the delivery within 15 minutes we will return the products to our location and await your call for rescheduling. Upon rescheduling a second delivery fee will be applied. If you can't make a scheduled time call ahead and we will reschedule at no charge.

Quantity Errors

Stone Plus offers free estimating on product quantity needed. Being a free service we cannot accept liability for quantities that do not work out perfectly. Bring us good measurements and we will give you a good quantity estimate, but always double check any estimate.

Returns

There will be no returns on any special order items. Returns on stock items will be at the sole discretion of the store manager. A 20% restocking charge may apply depending on the product's condition upon return.

Special Orders

Samples and pictures of special order products are fairly close but not exact specimens of special order products. Special orders will be paid for upon ordering and there will be no returns once the order is committed to manufacture or delivered to Stone Plus. Minimum quantities may apply on special orders.

Referrals

Stone Plus cannot accept any responsibility for the actions of any person or company that is referred to do work. We do not accept payment for this service from the contractor nor from the customer. Before hiring a contractor please read the section in this website How to Hire the Right Contractor.
